ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT (EDM) / IMAGING

In conjunction with our implementation services, our team is very experienced at implementing electronic document management solutions directly with PensionGold using our PensionGold EDMDirect extension, which is fully integrated with our own PageCenterX  product for imaging or electronic document management. If you already have a third-party EDM solution in place, we can also integrate that solution with PensionGold or migrate your images to PageCenterX^®.

The implementation services we offer for electronic document management include a complete process to capture those member-related documents and images you had been keeping in hardcopy files. The requirements process includes review of existing documents and document filing structures; analysis of data structures for potential indexing lookup capabilities; analysis of security access requirements; and determination of document retrieval requirements. Once the requirement process is complete, our team has the EDM skills and experience to complete the installation and configuration, provide user training, and assist you during your testing process.

If you also decide to scan all your hardcopy files, commonly referred to as a backfile conversion, we have worked with and can recommend several partners who can provide this service. We can assist you in selecting the vendor and managing the backfile conversion process to make sure the result is quality images that are easily accessible by your EDM solution.
