Considering the growing concerns about the Coronavirus, LRS is notifying our customers and partners that we are well-positioned to provide continued product support and services should this issue require either LRS or our customers to work from home in a quarantine situation.
LRS Retirement Solutions (LRS-RS) trained software staff are located both at our Corporate Headquarters in Springfield, Illinois and at various locations (mostly home-based) across the United States. All LRS-RS staff, even if working remotely, will continue to have secure access to the LRS systems that enable them to provide product support or work on project implementations.
We have the tools, product documentation, access to internal customer environments and resources necessary to address support issues remotely. All LRS staff working remotely will continue to follow the same strict security requirements and procedures as LRS staff working from the LRS office. Your data and your systems will continue to be both secure and accessible.
The Client Portals will continue to be available for submission and LRS review of Problem Incident Reports (PIRs), and to exchange project related data and information. For our Production Customers, support tickets may also be submitted via email and our phone systems will still be functioning.
For those customers with active implementation projects, we will assess each need to be on-site on a case-by-case basis. If we collectively determine an on-site visit is necessary, we will make efforts to provide the on-site presence needed through strategic travel. For business meetings that do not require on-site travel, we will be utilizing on-line meetings and technology to allow us to continue to meet those business needs.
LRS will continue to closely monitor the situation and follow protocols provided to us by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). As we receive new and relevant information, we will share that with you through our Client Portal.
