An excellent business relationship will continue for many more years as the City of Phoenix Employees’ Retirement System (COPERS) moves to an integrated state-of-the-art solution that includes a suite of LRS offerings:

• PensionGold® Version 3 line of business software for active member management and benefit payment processing
• MemberDirect for participant self-service access to account information, interactive forms, and communication with COPERS administration staff
• PageCenterX®, LRS’ electronic document management (EDM) software
• EDMDirect which provides seamless integration with PCX
• Workflow processing

In August 2019, LRS Retirement Solutions responded to COPERS’ RFP for a Hosted Pension Administration System and was selected to provide the new solution. Despite remote work requirements and travel restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the official project kickoff was held in early April and the project is moving ahead successfully.

COPERS provides services for nearly 9,000 active plan members and 7,400 retirees and beneficiaries.
